1. Overview

At TSN Kids World, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your booking and receive a refund. This policy applies to all online bookings made through our website.

2. Cancellation Tiers

Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled visit date:

Tier 1 — Free Cancellation (48+ hours before visit)

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit date
  • 100% refund of the ticket amount
  • No cancellation fee applied

Tier 2 — Moderate Cancellation (24–48 hours before visit)

  • Cancel between 24 to 48 hours before your visit date
  • 75% refund of the ticket amount
  • 25% cancellation fee deducted

Tier 3 — Late Cancellation (within 24 hours of visit)

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before your visit date
  • 50% refund of the ticket amount
  • 50% cancellation fee deducted

Tier 4 — No Refund

  • No-show (did not visit on the booked date)
  • Cancellation request after the visit date has passed
  • No refund will be issued

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods:

  • Online: Visit the "My Bookings" page on our website, locate your booking, and click "Cancel Booking"
  • WhatsApp: Send your booking reference number to our WhatsApp support
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to tsnkidsandworld@gmail.com with your booking reference
  • Phone: Call +91 86609 54352 during business hours

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your refund via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • Counter (cash) bookings: Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Convenience fees and payment gateway charges (if any)
  • Discounted or promotional tickets marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Add-on services (locker rental, meal packages) once consumed
  • School/group bookings have separate cancellation terms as agreed during booking

6. Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be rescheduled to a different date subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours before the original visit date.
  • Price differences (if the new date has different pricing) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Park Closure / Force Majeure

If the Park is closed due to weather, maintenance, or force majeure events on your booked date:

  • You will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling to any available date
  • We will notify you via WhatsApp/email as soon as a closure is announced

8. Partial Cancellation

  • If your booking includes multiple visitors, you may cancel individual visitors from the booking.
  • The refund for partial cancellation follows the same tier-based policy above.
  • The remaining visitors' booking remains valid.

9. Disputes

If you believe your refund was processed incorrectly or have a dispute regarding cancellation charges, please contact us within 30 days of the cancellation. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
