1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TSN Kids World website, mobile application, or purchasing tickets for our water park and adventure facilities (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Park" refers to TSN Kids World water park and adventure park located near Amarapura, Anantapur Road, Ballari, Karnataka 583101.
  • "Visitor" refers to any individual who purchases a ticket or enters the Park.
  • "Booking" refers to an online or counter ticket reservation made through our Services.
  • "We/Us/Our" refers to TSN Kids World and its management.

3. Ticket Booking & Entry

  • Tickets can be booked online through our website or at the park counter.
  • Online bookings require valid contact details (WhatsApp number and/or email).
  • Each booking generates a unique QR code that must be presented at the park entrance for validation.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot selected during booking.
  • Management reserves the right to limit daily admissions based on park capacity.
  • Children below 3 years of age enter free of charge (must be accompanied by a paying adult).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Ticket prices are displayed on our website and may vary based on weekday/weekend, age category, and seasonal promotions.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
  • We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
  • Counter bookings accept cash, UPI, and card payments.
  • Coupons and discount codes are subject to their specific terms and validity periods.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete information on cancellations, refund timelines, and applicable fees.

  • Free cancellation is available if done 48+ hours before the visit date.
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund is provided for no-shows or cancellations after the visit date.

6. Park Rules & Safety

  • All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by park staff at all times.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Visitors must meet minimum height/age requirements for specific rides as posted at each attraction.
  • The following are strictly prohibited inside the park: glass bottles, alcohol, outside food and beverages, sharp objects, pets, and illegal substances.
  • Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry without refund.
  • TSN Kids World is not responsible for personal belongings. Lockers are available for rent.
  • Swimwear is mandatory for all water rides. Cotton clothing is not permitted in pools and water attractions.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • TSN Kids World takes all reasonable precautions for visitor safety. However, use of rides and attractions is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from pre-existing medical conditions, failure to follow safety guidelines, or negligent behavior.
  • Visitors with heart conditions, pregnancy, back problems, or other medical conditions are advised not to use thrill rides.
  • The Park may close rides temporarily for maintenance or weather conditions without prior notice.
  • In case of inclement weather or force majeure events, the Park reserves the right to close partially or fully. Rebooking options will be provided.

8. Photography & Media

  • Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted.
  • Commercial photography, videography, and drone usage require prior written permission.
  • By entering the Park, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and security purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

9. School & Group Bookings

  • School and group bookings are subject to minimum group size requirements.
  • Group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Special group pricing is available and will be communicated upon inquiry.
  • Schools must provide a teacher-to-student ratio of at least 1:15 for supervision.
  • A signed liability waiver from the school/institution is required before the visit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the intellectual property of TSN Kids World and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your WhatsApp number during booking, you consent to receive transactional messages including booking confirmations, QR tickets, reminders, and visit-related communications via WhatsApp Business API. Promotional messages are sent only with explicit opt-in consent.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballari, Karnataka.
